The "Wards in KL" Logo Animation
The "Wards in KL" logo is an animated logo designed for a client's YouTube channel. The logo reflects the client's travel experience from U.S. to Malaysia. The project took roughly three weeks and was launched on their Youtube channel.
CONCEPT
The logo design incorporates illustrations inspired by iconic landmarks and skyscrapers of the beaches and capital city of Malaysia. The two figures represents the client and his partner. "Ward" is the family name. KL represents the short form of "Kuala Lumpur." Below are a few sketches during the concept stage:
COLOR PALETTE
The color palette for this project features a balanced combination of bold and subtle colors to create a balance of vibrance, warmth, and outgoing, which reflects the personality of the client and the type of video content.
